Using the website www.developerdungeons.com

1. We are fully licensed to use all of the content and course material which is offered on our website. We ask that you please respect the content and use it only for your own personal use.

2. We comply with all relevant laws on privacy and data protection, for more information on this please see our privacy policy.

Registering an account

1. You will need to register for an account in order to access the courses and book tutorials.

2. Accounts are free to set up and run and fees are charged depending on the different services you choose to use.

3. By registering for an account then you agree that you have fully read and understand all of these terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.

4. You will need to provide your name, email address and a password to register for an account.

5. You must agree not to share your account information with anyone else.

Purchasing courses

1. All courses must be paid for fully before they can be downloaded from the shop.

2. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any of the course materials which we offer at any time.

3. Courses are offered to be downloaded on a non-commercial license and you must agree to only use the courses for your own personal use and these are not to be redistributed.

4. Once you have completed your payment for the course then it will be emailed to you and should arrive within 48 hours.

5. In the event that it has been more than 48 hours since the payment was processed and you have still not received your order then please get in touch with us and someone will look into this for you.

6. Successful payments will show up as FMSDD, LAGOS as the billing descriptor on your statement.

Private tutorials

1. Tutorials may be booked through the website by logging in to your account.

2. When booking a tutorial you will be asked to provide as much information as possible about what it is that you want to learn,  this is so that we can connect you with the right tutor for your needs.

3. Tutors will advise how many sessions they envision that you will need depending on your requirements.

4. Tutorials are conducted via video conferencing software and the times will be arranged with the tutor.

5. This service costs ₦30,000 per hour and all sessions must be paid for in advance.

Payments and Refunds

1. Payments for all products and services on www.developerdungeons.com including tutorials must be paid for in full and in advance.

2. Visa and Mastercard are both accepted forms of payment.

3. We do not offer refunds for tutorials but if you are not happy with the service then you may discontinue using it or terminate your account at any time.

4. Refunds for course materials are only offered in our sole discretion. If you believe that you may be entitled to a refund then you will need to get in touch with us in writing explain why and someone will come back to you in five working days.

Liability

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND KEEP US FULLY INDEMNIFIED FROM AND AGAINST ALL ACTIONS, CLAIMS, COSTS AND EXPENSES, LIABILITIES, LOSS, DAMAGES OR ANY OTHER MONETARY RELIEF WHICH IS INCURRED BY YOUR USE OR ACCESS TO THESE WEBSITE OR YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

We exclude all representations, warranties conditions and terms express or implied to the fullest extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential or economic loss or any other loss which has arisen out of connection with these terms and conditions.

Warranties

We provide all of the content and course materials in good faith but we give no warranty or representation that the courses or content are accurate, complete, up-to-date or that they meet your requirements nor that this website infringes the rights of any third party.

Governing Law

These terms, your use and access to this website as well as all other policies are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
